Director Introduction:
Kerrie Cox is the director of Walnut Fork Preschool. She has been working with children for over 30 years. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with a Reading Endorsement add-on. In the following years, Kerrie has taught in the public-school setting and Project SOAR during the summer months.
Teacher Introduction:
We are proud of our incredible team of teachers. Each teacher comes to us with years of experience and knowledge as well as teaching degrees. All of our staff is certified in First Aid/CPR. A criminal background check completed on each employee as well as a confidential reference check.

I have loved our experience at CCU for my 3-year-old! I feel like they maximize every second he is there with activities/learning! He does so many fun things! The teachers are great about sending us recaps of the day! My favorite part of CCU is drop-off and how Mrs. Kerrie greets us! She sets the tone for the day with her smile, energy, and instant love for my son! I plan to send my other son there next year! It’s great!
Our son just started in the older 2's class last month. This was after a year of him being home with me full time. He was previously in another daycare that he started in as an infant. The teachers here are so kind. We love it there so far, and our son seems to have adjusted pretty quickly. I also love that it's just half days for 4 days a week! hoping to start our youngest son next school year.
We are so thankful to have CCU! Our 2 boys (5 years old & 2 years old) both LOVE it. They get so excited about going each day & are sad when they don’t have school. The director, Kerrie, is AMAZING. The teachers are also so loving and caring toward each student. You can tell each teacher genuinely cares about the success of each student. The smaller class sizes are a bonus for individualized attention and instruction for all kiddos. There is a perfect mixture between academics and play-based learning, as well as faith-based curriculum & discussions. Both boys come home each day excited to tell my husband & I what they’ve learned.
My son loves going to CCU! The staff is great and treat us like family! They love and care for the students!

* Children are not allowed to attend Walnut Fork Preschool for more than 4 hours a day.
* Children who attend Threes - Kindergarten classes must be POTTY TRIANED.

Registration Fee: $175
(Non-refundable/Nontransferable)
Secure your child's place at Walnut Fork Preschool with a registration fee of $175. This fee, due at the time of registration, is non-refundable. This fee ensures your child's spot in our exciting early education program and curriculum books.
Sibling Discount:
Younger siblings discount
will be $15.00 = $160.00 per sibling

(Non-refundable/Nontransferable)
The Activity Fee is broken down into two payments. This fee covers all the fun preschool activities, celebrations, programs, and in-house fieldtrips.
$75.00 is due with August Tuition.
$75.00 is due with January Tuition.

* Students must be 2, 3, 4, or 5 years old by September 01, 2026. *
Students 3 years and older MUST be potty trained by the first day of school.
Sibling Tuition Discount will be $10 per younger sibling.
Withdrawal requires a 30-day notice or payment of one month's tuition.
Payments can be may by check, money order, or online through Brightwheel.
*Registration is based on your child's date of birth as of September 01, 2026. Students are placed in classes this way to keep them aligned for when they are eligible to enter kindergarten. Georgia law requires students attend public school, private school, or home study program at the age of six.
Students will not be placed ahead at any given time.
